Did you include Connecticut in your three? The state supreme court just gave a decision that makes same sex marriage ok in this state now. Now there is a big movement to get an item on the Novemeber ballot to hold a state consittution ammendment process. I guess first we have to vote to have the ammendmend process and then tduring the process the issues to be ammended get discussed.
