The SQL Server 2000 ODBC Driver doesn't know anything about new SQL 2005 data types. You should use SQL Server Native client.
>I have a file storage table on a MS SQL 2005. The column that holds files is of Image type. The Books online say Image is going to be phased out in favor of VarBinary(Max). So i changed the column type from Image to Varbinary(Max). Now when i save files size 500 Kb and more i get the following error:
