The SQL Server 2000 ODBC Driver doesn't know anything about new SQL 2005 data types. You should use SQL Server Native client.

>I have a file storage table on a MS SQL 2005. The column that holds files is of Image type. The Books online say Image is going to be phased out in favor of VarBinary(Max). So i changed the column type from Image to Varbinary(Max). Now when i save files size 500 Kb and more i get the following error:
>"The text, ntext, or image pointer conflicts with the column name specified.
>The remote data source specific error number 7125"
>I use Rem. View and a SQL Server Driver ver. 2000.85.1117.0
