The machine with the full developer version of Crystal does not even have CRDB_ADOPLUS.DLL. Both installations have CRDB_ADO.DLL.

Full version - CRDB_ADO.DLL - date - 7-16-2002 - File version 9.2.0.512
Runtime version - CRDB_ADO.DLL - date - 11-18-2005 - File version 9.2.1.549
