I'm not sure what you're saying here. So when you come into the page the calendar is already visible (instead of collapsed)? It sounds like you want it to appear when one of the textboxes on this page get focus? Are you sure this isn't being done automatically by one of the MM controls?

Is the browser displaying any Javascript errors which might be keeping this from getting hooked up correctly (you may have to enable i - in IE, Tools, Options, Advanced, Uncheck "Disable script debugging")?
