One should keep clear perspective in regard to God's intentions: either He wants to spread wealth or He wants to save every soul. By simple deduction, imho, one may figure out that God is more interested in saving souls, i.e. providing welfare and/or bailout assistance, especially when this assistance clearly exceeds survival limits, is not a priority in His design.
