Reminds me of one of the terms of the Toronto Transit Workers' latest union contract. They have a clause that specifies that they must always be the highest paid transit workers in the region. There are a few other transit companies in surrounding areas attached to, but not part of, Toronto. I'm waiting for one of those unions to demand the same sort of clause. Now that will become a fun thing to watch.
