I'm seeing that any VFP project that I try to open, regardless of its nature (i.e. my own hobby stuff, something that's maintained via SVN, or a project under Vault) tries to connect to the server, which takes a few seconds, then forces me through two modal dialogs and then when I try to run the app, it closes the project, and when I want to open it again it reconnects. It's a nuisance - maybe if the server was on the same continent, then perhaps...

Anyway, I had some unrelated trouble so I had to reinstall - and didn't re-register Vault as source control provider, and I'm happy now. The "Pending change set" tab in Vault client is my best friend, followed by Get Latest on the rest of the stuff.
