It will close your app eventually, but (depending on how long has admin set it) will keep on running for a while, in case you reconnect. Same goes for Terminal Services. Now the particular method of shutting the app - does it try with a regular "hey you there, shut up.. or down.. um, just get lost, okay" message, or does it just kill it outright, I wouldn't know, the few times it happened to my app, the framework wasn't mine - but I haven't seen anything bad happen. If your app has a way of quitting after n minutes of inactivity, it'd be nice to set n to be a few minutes shorter that Citrix's timeout period, so you'd still exit on your own, without the orderly shoving you out in a disorderly manner.
