Obviously, many people, probably majority, will never read deeper. However, if someone will even decide to read, it will still require certain analytical abilities to figure out that actual facts in political terms are quite opposite to the attitude expressed in the first sentence. Basically, media source (AP in this case) has washed hands: they did cover important topic including facts, but at the same time made it a propaganda peace. Journalism is the second oldest profession.
