Hi Bill.

No, that's not required.
It is the Enterprise Server. It lets you use any StrataFrame application to work remotely, with only a couple of lines of code. So you develop without caring for local or remote access, and the Enterprise Server will take care of your remote connections. Only your clients need to buy it if necessary, as the developer gets 2 licenses as SDK.
