Dunno either, but it won't get any simpler

They launch vista - problems - add a VM to it. You'll need fast discs and a lot of memory to have some performance when it runs the VM - I think
I've done some testing with VMware and I was not impressed by the speed - but I'm not impressed by the speed of disc access either in Vista

That having said, I think new benefits come with a price (= complexity), managed code, security, etc.

We need the new things of course, no way turning the clock back
