I not sure what browser the UT is catered to,but I use FireFox. But that should not have difference to the content of the pages.

Try: Setup (top/left of page) - Subscriber (second category) - Update your account (second link at end of the paragraph) - Then at to top is a combobox called Time Zone (ease to miss, it is above all the check boxes). Hope it helps, others helped me.
