The function is the GdipSaveImageToFile. But before that quite a bunch of other GDI+ functions need to be called: to init the GDI+ library, to open the source image file and so on. This is if you decide to go with direct GDI+ Win32 calls. In case you use a third-party GDI+ library the whole process is probably 2-3 lines of code.
