On the StrataFrame web site they have a video that shows creating a form off of a basic business object. It gives you a good idea of what using the product is like. Its business objects are kind of like OOP VFP tables. If there is a VFP function to work on a table, you will probably find an equivalent on the StrataFrame BO.
