>You are correct in that Bo Durban is involved, but, from what I saw at the conference, Craig did all of the presenting on the topic. He explained that he'd hoped to have handed out something to the attendees, but he just couldn't make it in time. Apparently M$ keeps changing the way the VS2008 shell works.
