I just found that in this link http://www.dfpug.de/loseblattsammlung/migration/whitepapers/menus.htm there is a section about data-driven menus.

BTW, I remember Tamar Granor had a white paper about MRU menus. I once sent her article to someone on the Russian forum asking for this functionality (with her permission, of course). But I don't know if I still will find this article at home (hopefully I'll do).
