>>>>>>>>I think there are two separate issues. I agree with you that the Democrats are recruiting voters who would be unlikely to vote otherwise, and that it isn't necessarily an expression of the will of the people. (Stop the presses! -- I criticized the Democrats). But I think voter suppression is a very real issue, and we know which party is doing that. The Republicans have very specific, very targeted strategies for minimizing turnout in some areas. Fortunately, it isn't going to be enough to save them this time (evil cackle).

>>>I did. I didn't read all the articles but the one I read is mostly challenges made to some court or committee to look into possible issues. At least your opponent has a chance to disbute your claim. There's nothing wrong with making a request to look into something.

>But the way I look at is if you're too lazy to get up and get registered and vote on your own, you shouldn't vote at all.

Lazy (better say, not decision-makers) people are a reliable part of Dem constituency, so your idea could skew political landscape. Registering to vote is also a decision.
Just to forestall some replies: not every Dem is lazy, but most people disinclined to make own decisions tend to vote Dem line.
