This reliance on order of instantiation is bad for your teeth... and health in general. You may bring that label up front, by accident, and it will instantiate before the commandbutton. You may add a second line to the label's caption, so it will be different, but have it high only so much to show the first line - that way it still looks the same, caption is different from that of the commandbutton... you get everything.
