Once I moved it off my devel machinbe, I could find the problems, and fix them. I've found that .OCX's created in VB-CCE do not behave well in VFP - try putting one on a pageframe - does it force itself to the top? Try putting another object over it - what happends?

Tim you are right re the OCX wanting to be the topmost object. But tell me this, how many applications have you seen with objects ONTOP of a scroll BAR????
Other than that there is no problem with the OCX scroll bar. Will try yours.
