I read the other day that her rallies are heavily male. As you know, in general men are less involved in politics than women.

I certainly don't have any inside information on why McCain chose her. It probably didn't bother him that she is good looking, though. As unready as she is, she has undeniably injected life into a campaign that didn't have much.
