I have an script in my Visual Studio .Net that every time I hit ''' give me the following script.

-- ''' summary
-- ''' param name="sender"param>
-- ''' param name="eArgs"param
-- ''' Purpose Purpose
-- ''' Original_Developer Original_Developer
-- ''' Revision_History Revision_History

--- Remove the xml code so I can save it.

How I modify that so my Name always Show in the Orgiginal_Developer Field.

I try the Script utility inside of the Visual Studio but I was unable to changed it.
