>Based on interviews with the teen who was found guilty. You think your sense that it had to be politically motivated overrides what the youth stated and the police determined? Interesting.

I didn't say it had to be. It just struck me as sweeping it under the carpet.

Just back from voting, and it went surprisingly quickly. I had planned to wait until next Tuesday but with my training classes starting on Monday I decided to get it out of the way today. Must have hit a real lull because I was the second person in line and was probably not there more than 5 minutes. Just luck, I'm sure. The machine I fed my ballot into had a vote counter on it and mine was the 856th ballot cast. There are four such machines at this polling place. I did not check the counters on the other ones (wish I had) but if they are anywhere near the same that's a lot of votes a week before the election. This polling place can't serve a population greater than 30,000-40,000.
