I'm sorry, but that makes no sense to what I'm trying to do.

I start with this in the first field (there are others not listed here):
  1 RECEIVER
 2 RECEIVER
 3 RECEIVER
 4 SUBSCRIBER
 5 SUBSCRIBER
 6 SUBSCRIBER
 7 SUBSCRIBER
 8 DEPENDENT
 9 DEPENDENT
10 DEPENDENT
11 DEPENDENT
12 DEPENDENT
And want this:
  1 RECEIVER
 2 
 3 
 4 SUBSCRIBER
 5 
 6 
 7 
 8 DEPENDENT
 9 
10 
11 
12
