Hi Gilles,

You have embed both 32x32 and 16x16 icons in the file. I wrote an FAQ on this subject it's in the Project Manager section of the FAQs in the UT Knowledge Base, or click my name, then the number that appears below the FAQs I've written and you'll get the list. That's probably the easiest way.
