Has anyone had any success in creating COM+ Packages built from VFP6 MTDLLs?

We are getting errors during the package setup: "One or more files do not contain components or type libraries. These files cannot be installed."

We actually installed VFP6 on the server, I created a simple test class, built it as COM and can run the object as COM from the VFP command window. But the DLL still errors when trying to put it in a package.
