Hi Kamal,

What you advised is perfectly right but the software is on-line development everytime.
As this MIS is a software which is taking care of Marketing,Indenting,Import,Export,Payroll,Financial Accounting.
Hence Marketing,Indenting,Import,Export,Payroll is completed but still keep requiring changes hence on-line development all the time.

So, i think no possibility of keeping an application copy on each node.

What problems me is the speed in which VFP opens MS-WORD?

thanks
Aashish

In the Peer to Peer network is everyone set up as a server or just some people and finally where are you pulling the applications from? Over the network or from the Users own hard drive (In the Case of Word lets say)
