Are you using the VFPOleDB driver? If so, it doesn't work on 64-bit systems.

Also: on 2K3 SP2, the "types" recognized by the server are extremely limited, 32-bit or 64-bit. Installing Vault 4.1, for example, I had to manually add the .Net 2.0 aspnet_isapi.dll as an allowed type.
