I have run across a problem with the report preview window disabling an application's menu.

Here is the situation :
- Running VFP 5.0A
- Menu is generated with the vfp menu builder.
- The active form's ShowWindow property is '0 - In Screen', (not a top level form).
- If a report is previewed, and the preview window is maximized, the application's menu will become disabled. All menu options are enabled, but no longer respond. The active form is not affected, all the form controls still respond. If the preview window is never maximized, the application's menu is not affected.

Some additional information :
When the preview window is maximized, it does put a window control box on the menu bar, which is removed when the window is reduced to normal size, or closed. This seems to be what causes the menu to become disabled. I have been able to duplicate this behavior somewhat with some of the reporting samples that shipped with vfp.

How can I prevent this from happening ?
