In the Dev Guide there is a link to download the Visual Foxpro OleDB Provider. Look under Getting Started / The Sample Application most of the way down the page where it says dynamically switching from SQL server to Visual Foxpro data. I have this already installed on my machine as we do use VFP data in some of our apps.

Also, if you can give me an example of how to re-produce a couple of these places where you can crash it, I will see if I get the same results.
