>Actually I am working in local 'D' Drive and the actual data which is running on Dos Environemt in 'K' Drive, and I just want to fetch the data from K-Drive no problem for the hard code, it is just a temporary solution for the testing from Dos to Window.

If it is for quick testing, you can
cd k:\MyFolder
select...
cd ... && back to normal
If you do this regularly (not just for a quick test), you should have variables for both your working folder, and the folder where you temporarily hold the data.

SET PATH should also work, and might be better - except in the case where you have different copies of the database (with the same filenames), and you don't want Visual FoxPro to find the wrong version.
