>Actually I am working in local 'D' Drive and the actual data which is running on Dos Environemt in 'K' Drive, and I just want to fetch the data from K-Drive no problem for the hard code, it is just a temporary solution for the testing from Dos to Window.

cd k:\MyFolder
select...
cd ...

SET PATH should also work, and might be better - except in the case where you have different copies of the database (with the same filenames), and you don't want Visual FoxPro to find the wrong version.
