I wouldn't go far as to call him a liar. I would say he is kinda shady and he probably has more past associates that he had to distance himself from than anyone I know.

He's only a liar if he knew he would get this far in his bid for the White House. He probably thought he would lose to Hilary and that would be that. But now that he's here, he has to "readjust" his numbers to make it "work".

I think 250,000.00 was just an arbitrary number.

But, to those who will actually receive money from his tax plan (about 45% of Americans and the UN), it's a good deal.... free money.
