Maybe it brought some bad karma my way because this has turned into a rotten day. This morning I started a 3 month intensive .NET training class. It's 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and everyone I talked to said you will be spending most evenings and weekends on it as well. The company (SetFocus) offers classroom training at their HQ in New Jersey but most students take it remotely. They give you an audio-video setup that lets you connect over the internet, making it just like you are there. Unfortunately, my internet connection kept crashing, and every time I fell further behind. Comcast (Crumcast) has been having service problems in my area and I don't know how long the connectivity issues will continue. Long story short, I am going to have to restart the class. And the next one isn't until the first week in January. This SUCKS.
