I have a Form that I need to be taller than the resolution of the display. I need to be able to allow the user to scroll up/down to see the complete contents.

When I set the Height of the Form, it keeps re-setting it back to 742. Can someone tell me how to correct this.

(Note: the form is gonna reflect a 24 hour time period, no data is entered... just viewed, and will scroll as the time changes, that is why I need it taller than current display).
