The mandated testing grades 3-8 - Texas has had mandatory testing throughout high school, you don't pass the test, you don't graduate and the school is 'graded' based on how many students pass the test. It's led to 'teaching the test', not educating the students. Horrible degradation of the school system.

Joined over 20 agencies to create Homeland Defense - and none of the entities within DHD can talk to one another
