Hi,

I'm trying to install Mere Mortals .Net Framework 2005 V2.3 in windows vista 64 bit OS. Unfortunately, I always get this error message.

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869

Am I missing on something?
