Is it possible that one of them is running on another users login? In Task Manager make sure you have the "Show processes from all users" checked in the Processes tab.

However I have both shut down and cannot delete the exe of one of them as it is "being used by another process". I have killed all vfp processes in taskmgr to no avail. Is there some phantom process somewhere?
