One thing that was interesting about the tune was there was little if any "Bradley effect." That is the theory (which probably used to be true) that voters will tell pollsters they will vote for a black candidate, then won't actually do it when they get to the polling booth. The last "poll of polls" from RealClearPolitics.com before the election had Obama ahead by 6.7%. He actually won by 6%, 53-47. Not much difference there.
