I need to write a program which can draw picture (only rectangles, lines) and later save a picture as JPG. Dimension of lines, rectangled is a necessary because I calculate something based on a dimensions. User need to change dimensions, move lines to another locations, add for example new line (rectangle), delete lines (rectangles).

Any ideas?
