I'm not seeing this problem... not for long. I was seeing it a lot a couple of weeks ago, and now I'm seeing it from time to time - as if the .css gets loaded too late, so the page is drawn with the default style (as set in my browser) and then gets repainted with proper UT style. So the page flashes in default style for maybe 0.2s, then gets repainted in the awful Arial and my preferred colors.

Sometimes it behaves like that for hours, then it somehow goes away. I guess it depends on the load on the server. Looking at page source, the stylesheet is created for each message now - not once per session (guess it's just a virtual file anyway, just another URL handled programmatically by UT), and it needs some time to create and deliver.
