I did experience the same - on a fresh install of foxpro 9. It's not working to install the vfpx dialog replacements on a fresh and clean foxcode.dbf, especially on vista. And I didn't forgot to run the foxcode menu script sample and enable script. I think it has to do with UAC too, but also with the fact, a freshly restored foxcode.dbf will have no index, while at some point in your code you use (_foxcode) ... order 1 (!). I also don't find a cdx or idx in the Userprofile\Appdata\Local\VirtualStore\ subfolder.

Go to Intellisense Manager -> Advanced Tab -> Clean Up -> Restore FoxCode
check that foxcode.cdx does not exist.

Even the Foxcode Menu Scripts sample in the solution app will display a message "this sample may not work properly since your foxcode table may be in use."

With Vista I only got it (the sample and the dialog replacement apps) to working by running foxpro as adminstrator.

All in all an installation readme is missing, the help just points out to use the foxcode menu scripts sample to enable scripts.

Bye, Olaf.
