Hi all -

I have been struggling with installing the Developer's Edition on my new laptop. Everything goes fine, but when i launch SSMS or VS, the Object Exploror only shows Integration Services, no Databases, Security Objects, etc that I am used to seeing. Anything that I forgot to to during the setup, or do i have to run the SQL Server Surface Area Configuration to make this work?

I have been installing/uninstalling all weekend and most of today, but not getting what I need. I am installing it on a Vista Ultimate 64 (is that my problem?)
