Whatever and whenever it happened the fact remains that it's not available any more. I can't seem to discern from this thread whether it's to be reinstated or not, or even why it was taken out.
The old adage "If it ain't broke don't fix it" (like MS did with Word, Excel 2007 :-)
I'm not so bothered - just asked the Q after I tried to use the tag.
