I don't have this problem on my home PC. At work when I want to search by particular user, the new window is opened in a new tab. But other than that I don't have a problem.

I did have a problem in a neighborhood house where I was helping with VFP app. However, playing with some IE settings seem to resolve the problem there too.

So, for now I don't have a problem.
