A company will take 10 persons. One of them reserved for minorities. And John says "that one will be a dummy man. There isn't any man good for that job in that minority.". That's a foolish argue.

There is another affirmative action rule in Turkey. At turkish central university selection exam foreigner citizens get extra point. Because they don't know turkish language as like us and even they know turkish language as like us their lessons at high school cannot like us exactly. That rule make it a bit fair for them. If a few foreigner people get that exam sure a lot of average students will won the exam. But if a lot of foreigner get that exam just most smart foreigner students will benefit that rule.

John claims just one foolish minority person will apply that job. Others don't need job... That's so funny...
