Hi everybody,

I want to try to install IIS on Windows Vista by following this link http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/132/install-iis-7-from-the-command-line/

However, I could not figure out the first step - how to invoke run (or DOS cmd) on Windows Vista? I don't see this in Start menu.
