I need some good source of cursor files (.CUR)

If you have some .CUR file that indicates web destination I would like to have it if possible.
(drop me an email please)

Also do you know of any free editor for cursor files which does not require web toolbars and that sort of things.
I found few free but they require 'enriching' my browser...
