You have IIS installed & running?

>I just installed VS2005 Team edition on a new computer running Windows XP and an older computer that had to be reinstalled running Windows 2003 server. Now when I start up VS2005, the open/create web project option is not showing up. When I put in the VS2005 cd to add/remove options, there is nothing left to install. What do I need to do? Thanks.
