Yes, and traceroute will actually come up with mach shorter ping times when run so ;).

Frankly, for things like traceroute, I usually fire up cmd (by typing the three characters in Total commander's command line, or in Launchy), and then type the command there. Much faster than trying to remember where the where in the menu the graphical whachamacallit may be, then clicking around.
