>Is anyone else being inundated with emails trying to sell knockoffs of high end watches (Rolex et al)? I have been receiving several of them a day for the past several weeks. The emails include no Unsubscribe option, just a teaser line and a link. Apparently they are pretty resistant to spam blocking, too. Usually after I mark something as junk once or twice with Thunderbird that takes care of it. Not in this case. The "senders" keep changing but the subject lines and content don't vary much.

I get them too. I also see them in various unmonitored newsgroups. It once again brings up the question: Who are the idiots that respond to spam? They should all be rounded up and shot so that the spam cost/benefit ratio would drop below the point where it's worthwhile and we could all get a breather.
