Launchy is a tad quicker, because it keeps a table of your runnable stuff (the way you define the locations and extensions, either as global or per location), so it doesn't search just %path%, but anywhere you tell it - and it searches when your machine is idle and keeps a table, not that it searches when you type a command. And you only type the first few characters of a command, then it pops up a MRU... cool utility.
